Overview
New builds are handed over with compacted, rutted, construction-scarred ground. We come in after the other trades, correct the final grade so water leaves the foundation, and build the exterior the house has been waiting on.
Builder grade is not finish grade
A rough pad is graded to shed water off a job site, not to protect a finished home. Getting the final grade right is the difference between a dry foundation and a recurring problem.
